Intermittent-Care
Our skilled professionals: Nursing (RN,LVN), Physical Therapists, Occupational
Therapists, Speech Therapists, Dieticians, Respiratory Therapists, Social
Workers, and Certified Home Health Aides will provide the following services:

CHHA to assist with ADL and personal hygiene

Continuous-Care
Our RN, LVN, CHHA, or Companion can provide different levels of services on an
hourly basis for the patients that need continual monitoring and
care. A minimum of 4 hours each time is required.
Monitoring-Care
Our nurse will provide an initial home safety evaluation; arrange for community
resources, pharmacy, medical equipment, or medical supply as
needed. We can arrange for an emergency response system that gives
the patient the ability to obtain help by just pushing a button 24 hours a
day. We are just one phone call away.
